Grade A Large Eggs fit about half way up the egg well. 1. Put an inch to an inch and a half of water in the pan. It should come just up to the bottom of the egg well. Set to boil. 2. Grease the egg wells with a little butter or cooking spray. Crack eggs in them being careful not to break the yolk. 3. When water is boiling, put the eggs in and cover. Let cook for 4 minutes 30 seconds. I did some experimenting with times and for me the above comes out PERFECT every time.

Easy to use. Perfect poach in 4 min 30 sec once water is boiling. Despite what others have complained about the egg wells do NOT overflow. Grade A Large Eggs fit about half way up the egg well. 1.
