I am not sure of its authenticity, but it is good quality. **Q: Where is this made?** A: The tag says it was made in China. **Q: Do these make noise or anything?** A: No noise just a cute stuffed animal. **Q: Before purchasing, need to figure out is they are sold as a mommy/baby set? (big and small together)? If not, how can I indicate I want to buy both ?** A: They are sold separately. I only see the "regular" ones (not mini ones) on Amazon.
