Also, there are "quick" recipes in each section which I find quite lovely. The book is beautifully written and photographed- drool-worthy! I have over a thousand cookbooks and this one I am sure will be a favorite.

This is a beautiful cookbook, full of recipes I will bake. There are different sections of flavors. Also, there are "quick" recipes in each section which I find quite lovely. I got this for my father, who had shown an interest in baking desserts...Now he won't stop! And he gets almost giddy excited whenever he makes something because he knows it tastes amazing. I would definitely recommend. Plus the photos are done very well, it makes it seem like it could almost be a coffee table book!
