He feels you should be good. **Q: How do you reset the counter? Ground third terminal?** A: Just connect the negative terminal to the C on the back of the hour meter. **Q: Will that work in Ezgo gas golf cart?** A: I put mine under the hood on a different brand. Tapped hot wire from back up alarm so has power with key on. I also put a piece of foam insulation under it to prevent it from being jarred. My first one had plastic gears and quit after 38 hrs.
