My 1st order seemed to help my BP stay below 140/85 +/- but then it didn't BUT i an i had an infection at same time which could affect its performance according to tge physician. As far as the product goes im fine with it (i actually don't mind beet juice taste). The one knock i have is the lid/ring system. The last two connection points are really stout and when I separate the lid from ring the two points stick out and get in the way. Im sure it doesn't need separated but I dont want it connected (me thing).
