I have an implanted 24/7 heart monitor to check for Afib that the Apnea was causing but no more heart afib. ### ⭐ Not snug enough. *by L***. on Reviewed in the United States on November 16, 2018* This product was used to eliminate or cut down on snoring but lacks the factual language of prevention. Did nothing and way to lose. There is only so far it will tighten. Not very good at all. ### ⭐ Doesn't work, doesn't pull the jaw UP *by G***E on Reviewed in the United States on January 1, 2021* This doesn't work at all. To hold your jaw closed you need the strap to pull UP, but this pulls almost entirely parallel to the jawline. It pulls the jaw BACK, but it hardly resists jaw opening at all. It works slightly better if you put it on backwards, but still not enough to keep your jaw from dropping open.
