I've tried taping, wrist wraps, stretching and strengthening exercise, and several braces. I now use my left hand for mousing so my right it getting a rest, but trying to play tennis with something across my palm is very frustrating and any thing that forces my hand back is painful. This brace is very comfortable so I am able to wear it all day. I can type with it and I can FEEL the racket in my hand. After only a few days, my wrist feels soooo much better. The pain was primarily on the dorsal (top) part of my wrist. Particularly, when anything forced my hand back I would feel pain in my wrist. This wrist wrap prevents my hand from being pushed back. I have small wrists and the fit is snug.
