I like the ability to exercise arms, back, chest, and core in so many variations. You can cater movement based on how you position yourself and move the gliders; the nuance of movement is near limitless. I tried it on my hardwood floor, but prefer the easier gliding on carpet. I compare it to my Ab roller and find it to be an interesting alternative.
