Resetting the speakers means you either have to remove the grill cover or unplug the wall plug for 10 seconds.ORIGINAL Review: I love the product itself but mine was missing one of the very important little 3.96mm Terminal Plugs that you need to connect the low voltage power line from the speaker to the wall outlet. This was very annoying because you can't just run down to your local big box store and get one. It's a unique piece. I had to order it online and wait a week before it arrived. Normally I wouldn't bother complaining about this but other reviewers have had the exact same problem.
