this is an ideal item to keep in my locker for those little emergencies that pop up at work. the assortment of bits etc is great. i have a similar kit at home but it was more expensive. .

Been happily using the screw tips for the longest time, just moved house and when tightening my monitor arm, the largest Allen key bit just snapped in half. Bit of a pain considering all my other Allen keys have up and vanished hence why I had to use the ones in the set. Does worry me other bits will be just as fragile but the handles are solid at least.

Ideal little kit to have around the house the ratchet mechanism works ok although I prefer not to use it they are easy to use well worth the money

Had this product for just over 1 year and it is BRILLIANT and value of money with the quality of many high brands. I use this product for fixing many things from small to large product such as glasses to my car. Although product only go up to 13mm socket. CASE = it is very durable on the base, with rubber side which allow to be place in most surface so that it does not slip, but the lid is just normal plastic, when dropped face down on the lid can crack easily but not major issue. This product will last a lifetime without needing anything additional in household. Brilliant product and would recommend for any one

Ratchet mechanism broke after limited use, can no longer get the mechanism to hold in clockwise or counter clockwise setting so effectively useless, no option to return or contact seller after 30 days

Ok firstly I don't understand how someone has managed to bend a screw bit on a laptop screw of all things with little force??? Seems like they are pulling a fast one to me, I've tested the same bit and even added force as I have plenty of them from another kit that had a small handle, and the bit was strong and sturdy, the kit itself is absolutely brilliant the driver handles are comfortable (which is the main reason for me buying them, the bits are a bonus for me as the ones from another kit fit these nicely... luckily) extremely surprised to find the kit was not only in a box of it's own in an Amazon box but was well wrapped with bubble wrap even though the case is pretty strong so there's another bonus, extremely happy with this kit and have already been recommending this kit to friends, thank you very much seller :)
