I have been reading and researching as much as possible on restoring my eye sight. This is the best book so far that has good info. The author is true and down to earth explaining all the in and outs of restoring, keeping and preventing ones eye sight. I was told I needed cataract surgery in a year but now I can even read some better without my glasses. This is a must have book even for later reference so you can refer back to things.
