The card holders stretched out to the point that cards will just fall out. Also both of our Note 9's have cracked three screen protectors each. The phone glass is still intact. That may not the fault of the case, it may be the curved glass edge of the Note 9. I will be replacing with with another brand and use the Lycra 2 pocket card holder which is excellent. You can but a metal plate in the front pocket to use magnetic phone holders. I've been doing this for a year on my phone and it works great.I was hesitant to buy this phone case just because it had so few reviews but I'm glad I did. The reason I wanted this one is that it had a metal plate built-in and a credit cardholder. In the past I had to choose between the metal plate or the stick on cardholder, now I have both. Some other cases had a swing open card holder but I can see those breaking or not staying shut over time. The metal backplate works great with my car's magnetic phone mount and the cardholder is a little tight at first but loosens up a bit and holds up to 3 cards securely and has a thumb hole to aid in pushing cards out. My tempered glass, full coverage screen saver fit without problems. The corners of the case are thicker and extend out slightly beyond the screen to help protect it. Ive dropped it a few times and it protects the phone with very little scuffs from the drop. The case isn't bulky either.The only cons would be the card slot. It probably needs to be worked in a bit more, but I have a hard time taking my card out.
