I have a MUM14 and the adapters are expensive and have a lot of inherent slop, so when I saw this plate I realized the opportunity I had. After buying it and messing with it, I realized that it was indeed exactly what I had been looking for. I had to open the dovetail in the adapter by filing off some material (off of the adapter plate, NOT off of the MiniRail on the expensive NVG device!), but after that I could use standard NVG JArms, Norotos DDA, or a Wilcox JArm to attach my MUM14 to the mount. It’s well made, and inexpensive (an utter rarity in the world of Night Vision). If you’ve been looking for a way to use better mounts with your MUM14 (or NVG with minirail), then this adapter is perfect for you. The stock one is to offset!** A: Worked fine for me. I mounted this item on my Spark and then mounted the J-Arm Mounted the J-Arm ($29.00 on Amazon at the time) to a NOROTOS Titanium Rhino Mount II ($56.98 from eBay brand new) and then the Rhino to the helmet NVG mount. I also received this SUPER-FAST (like in 1 day). 5 STARS +++AAA++ !!! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Good Piece of Kit *by M***O on May 9, 2019* I can only give 4 Stars because this is not THE perfect adapter plate. I was using it to mount an ATN NVM14-WPT and it would not fit on the mini-rail. I had to use a triangular needle file to remove about .010" from each side of the dovetail. A very minor amount, and this only took about 6mins of filing to achieve the perfect fit. I know this plate was not intended for the NVM14-WPT mounting, but it does work ans is very cost effective.
