It took me a long time to put this in my routine with a busy life a mom with 4 kids and the taste is very strong but I'm a ferm believer "if it's for my health". I have been taking it for a week now before I eat anything. I've noticed I haven't been over eating, my bloating has gone down a lot even on my menstrual cycle. The whites of my eyes are brighter the red lights in eyes are almost none now. My mood has changed I have more clarity not as forgetful as usual. No worms that I have noticed I give this product 5 starts because I have noticed positive change and would buy again

This review is for the taste. The instructions say to put it in water, and I’m guessing, based on review comments, that some did not dilute it. I’ve taken it a step further. I originally put it in about 4 oz of water and it was okay. It tasted like dirt mixed with cloves & cinnamon. Then the taste reminded me so much of fall that I started putting it in about 4 oz of apple juice. I won’t say the taste was completely gone, but I barely noticed. Then chase it with another swig of the apple juice and I don’t have an aftertaste. Not bad at all! That makes it really easy to take.As far as effectiveness, I can’t tell yet but I definitely have been burping after taking it and using the restroom more. Unfortunately, the restroom experience isn’t all that pleasant and I don’t think that’s what it’s supposed to do. I could be wrong. I don’t feel better yet like other people do, but hopefully I’ll remember to update this if things change. I guess I was more focused today. Maybe that’s not a coincidence. Who knows.
