I think it can work but using it enough times for it to work gets annoying. You lose range of motion to raise your arms high so you can only wear this with less physical activities. It doesn't keep your back straight, just reminds you to straighten up with slight tension when you hunch. For the price, I should've just carried a post it not reminding me to sit straight.
