But it's hard to sleep with a light on. Sleep masks can often feel fairly oppressive, too warm, or simply let in too much light. This one is beautiful. Starry Night - Van Gogh who had his share of terrors too - is a lovely design. Importantly, it feels good too, really soft and comfortable, you won't be slinging it off after an hour or so. It lets in no light at all but, in my case, there's the comfort of knowing that if I do have a night terror I won't be flailing around trying to find a light switch. Really important for me is that I have to have minimal pressure on my nose bridge. When I considered buying the mask I could see from the pictures that, unlike most masks, there is a lot of room for the nose. I know some people have made comments about the plastic casing it comes in. I personally don't care about what the mask is delivered in, and it may keep costs down by not having any fancy boxes. However since I got the mask I haven't had any problems sleeping so can't really say yet as it makes a difference.
