Touchscreen doesn't recognize on edges of screen
I have to press hard on areas of screen for my phone to recognize. I had to take screen protector off.

Incomplete package, terrible experience
I don't know if the screen is any good because I couldn't make it that far. They don't send any instructions or a way to heat up the phone, the suction cup ripped trying to pull once the phone was heated up to the right temperature, and even my gopro suction cup with me pulling as hard as I could wasn't enough to move the scree. Terrible product, terrible experience

Previously used and mutilated tools!
Very disappointed to find the plastic removal tools had been previously used at LEAST once! They are mostly mutilated and cannot be used.Strongly do not recommend!
