Really delicious and enjoyable….
I have becomes fan of this bakery; BAKERS. The taste of lemon is spot on and the quality of the cookie is amazing. The are a great accomplement with afternoon coffee or tea. Because I like this product so much I have tried Baker’s other products and have found this the best. I now stock this item as a household staple.

Zingy lemon biscuits

Tangy, crunchy and delicious
Tangy lemon cream centre sandwiched between very crunchy biscuits. Deliciously lemony without being too sweet, these are my new favourite biscuits! I was expecting the biscuits to be of a similar texture to the Tennis biscuits, but was really happy to find that they are crunchier, more like a milk arrowroot. If you've ever had tangy lemon butter on milk arrowroot biscuits, this is a very similar taste experience.
