**Q: is any non stick coating on it?**
A: The grill mat is made of stainless steel, but it isn’t nonstick. For the sake of our customer’s health, we decided to use food-grade stainless steel. It will be a bit hard to clean, but sinking in water for about 15-30 minutes will be more easier to clean.

**Q: What is the thickness of the mat?**
A: Not very thick, warps a bit under high heat and needs a good scrubbing after use but still pretty functional.

**Q: Is this 18/0, 18/8 or 18/10.?**
A: 18/12

**Q: Does it work for high heat grilling? Or only in low heat situations like in a smoker?**
A: Dear Saurav P. ,

Of course it can be used for high heat grilling.
But for the best result, try to keep it away from direct fire, or it will be a bit hard to clean. 
However, this stainless steel grill mat is suitable for those people who really care about their health---It made of premium 430 stainless steel, free Heavy Metals Migration under high heat condition. 
To be honest, there is no 100% perfect product, just depends on what you focus on.

This works great for both salmon in the smoker and bacon in the oven. It’s big enough to hold a good amount of good but small enough to soak in the bottom of the sink for easy cleanup.

Pretty good product. A little tough to clean. You'll need a little elbow grease but fits my gas grill well. Will buckle a bit under continuous heat but returns to form after it cools down.
