A: You have to select from drop down menu. They come in colour coded weights. A purple Vipr is 4kg, red is 6kg, blue is 8kg, black can be 10,20 or 26 kgs, green is 12kg and grey is 16kg

I'm in a wheelchair and it has improved my upper body strength tremendously. As it is rubber it does not damage the floor if you drop it.
