We are not 2 months into them emailing me every two weeks or so asking for new information or clarification. Most recently they want proof of purchase, video footage of the trash bin in operation, serial number, and model number. This is after we have already determined the broken part in need of replacement. I contacted them to PAY for a replacement part and I can't even do that.
