I have a friend that ordered an expensive ( cost more than my item ) table and chair set that they wanted to return because it wasn’t exactly what they thought it would be. desertcart told them to not return it, just keep it as a good will gesture, and they would send a similar replacement …. The most important thing with this is to measure the compressed length of your old unit not the extended length. I made that error.
