What ia the dimension please?

They are small just enough to pick up toast

Would these work for squeezing tea out of tea bags?

Okay, I went and did science for you! I found that they grip the bag well, but don't result in a thorough squeeze, so it would depend how well you like your teabags squeezed. I will say though, they provided excellent entertainment by way of the tea bag in the duck's beak!

Would these work for picking up ice cubes?

Unfortunately these duck tongs work on pinch action and do not open enough to pick up an ice cube.
