My dog was not happy aboutall this constant bandaging, and would fidget, jerk and wiggle during these bandage changes.I didnt want to injure her with pointy scissors as she was jerking around, and it was so stressful trying to get off the bandages heavy tape safely. I had to cut bandages right next to her skin.These scissors did the trick, they were sharp and cut through the heavy medical tape well, but were SAFE and not pointy dangerous on the ends.I was so relieved to have these rounded tip scissors knowing my dog was safe from pointy scissors as she jerked & yanked around. After I got these scissors all went smoothly and safely and they were sharp enough to cut right through the heavy medical tape & bandages.
