I don't think it is a dual flush, when you pull the chain it empties the cistern. So strong on our system I am thinking of putting a reducer down at the end of the down pipe to reduce the power of the flush. **Q: Hi what is the size of the thread end of the float arm please** A: Well the cistern is in place and operating as per design, so checking the size of the thread on the float arm would be a bit of a job to ascertain without dismantling parts of it.
