I do not understand one review that says you can do more with a TRX. The TRX does not have a pulley and so does not permit the same rotational exercises or leg movements. The CrossCore 180 can also be used with a kettlebell to become a cable resistance apparatus and the system also facilitates a number of dynamic stretching movements, again, not possible with a TRX. Like all suspension trainers, the webbing or rope can wear and TRX's are not invulnerable, the handle tube has split on the TRX at my gym!
