It is best to store this product in a cool, dry place to insure quality until the best buy date. If you store it in a refrigerator or freezer, it may extend (not guaranteed) its quality past the best buy date. ALLERGENS: CORN. Excellent grits! I didn't think these grits could be better than the organic, stone ground I've been buying for years, but they are! I usually don't care for yellow grits, either. But the reviews convinced me to try them. I am so glad I did! I have no idea how they cook up so creamy. I thought I knew creamy grits. Nope, not compared to these! I do cook mine on very low for about 40 minutes, and I needed more water. I've always cooked grits that way because they do get more creamy. Definitely my new go to grits!
