The twister doesn’t but the insider with the black handle has the ten bits. Though it needs bits, it works like a champ. The ratcheting action is far better than anything I've tried up until now, hands down. The price may seem high, but this tool will last forever, and will pay itself off in no time. The grip is great too, which is most important to me.
