Or will the polarity become an issue** A: sure, these work in series, you will wind up with less total capacitance **Q: how long will it take to fully charge this item ?** A: About 60 seconds **Q: If I connect 6 of these in series, can it cranck a car** A: 6 of these in Series may not be enough to start a car, you would need 6 in series and 3 in Parrell from my experience. Then you might run into heating issues with the leads.
