Sure beats a cut or wound that hurts for hours or days. Just man up a tiny bit and slap the stuff on. Dries in a few minutes and leaves a tough layer of protection that stays on for days. We've been using this stuff for years, and have given up on adhesive bandages, which fall off quickly and offer only very crude protection.By the way, though the product is described as 0.45 oz, the container I received from American Wholesale was twice as large. It works very well for cuts on the arm, leg, or foot. It can sting a little when you put it on, so watch out! But then it does the job, protecting the wound and helping it heal. The only caveat is that is tends not to work on cuts on the hand -- I find that within an hour or two, the movement of my hand has made the coating flake off. But for any other part of the body, it works very well. I will also note that I have had this bottle over a year, and it lasts a while without the liquid drying out. ### ⭐⭐ 2.0 out of 5 stars Caution on kids' cuts- it really hurts! *by N***H on Reviewed in the United States on October 30, 2012* First, this is the next best product for making a nice flexible bandage layer other than the professional ones I use in the Emergency Dept (IE, Dermabond) But, unlike the others, it hurts a lot (likely due to the alcohol solvent). When I used it on my 3 year old's cut, she screamed for 15 mins after I applied it. Then, last night that I tried it on my own small superficial cut. I thoroughly agree that with her, it was incredible painful for about 15 minutes. And, given its nature, I don't think you can really wash it off once it starts hurting. Unfortunate for such a great product.
