In ohio they are for off road only,some states might have different laws,,,call your local cop shop,they can tell you yea or nay.With that being said those are the best fog lights i have ever had,, my daughter lives in New Mexico up in the mountains,,all kinds of off roading there,, out there i see people running there pods on road all the time,,buuuuut thats out there.
