We love use by these as they are 100% sunflower kernels and do not contain other nuts especially peanuts as my son has an allergy.

I use these after I have soaked and then dehydrated them, they are quite small so do lose stability slightly in water but crisp up lovely in the dehydrator. You can tell they are a fresh organic product.

Sadly another trip to the shops gone for good?Why yes you’ve got it .Better quality,well packed reseal bag .Thanks
