It has held up SO GREAT! I have an 85 lb punch punching bag that I have been dragging around the yard and it has been super comfortable to wear as well as just practicing scrum/rucking form attaching to a tree. So far no tearing and it has held my weight extremely well no pinching or uneven pulling. The harness itself has two rings on each side that you feed the straps through that make it easy to customize to different body types. It fits my 120 lb girlfriend as well as my 205 lb frame. The metal hooks are really durable and I don't think they will cause any issues and the attached strap is a good thick nylon that should last a long long time, and it a good length as well. I hook a double leash with bungee sections to the front ring and I added a belt that goes around my hips and connects to the front ring but hangs down lower in the back (secured with an extra seat belt restraint from Petsafe) and it spreads the tension over my shoulders, upper back and hips and allows me to walk them without straining my back.
