Good product for the price!
The RinoGear screen protectors are doing a good job for me on my old Apple Watch 3. It was getting pretty scratched up and the protector makes most of that invisible. I had to wait longer than the video recommended to press down the sides and corners, and I really shouldn’t have immediately started wearing the watch as I had an issue with the corners lifting up. I should have waited to be sure it was fully dry and adhered-my fault! I was able to slightly moisten one corner, wait a half minute or so for the material to soften, then press and hold it against the watch for a few minutes until it adhered well. I repeated this on the other three corners and haven’t had an issue since. These aren’t the expensive, bevel-edged screen protectors you can find for way more money (and mostly for much more current models!) but they do cover almost the entire screen. Many of the tempered glass screen protectors only cover the completely flat portion, stopping way short of full protection. If you run your finger over the edge of this you can feel it, and maybe it won’t last forever. So I say….. I have 5 more in the package for almost no cost, and next time I’ll be much better at applying it!

What I needed and expected. Be PATIENT and read the directions!
Read the directions for applying the shield. Watch application videos. Be patient when applying it. If you do that, the application is really easy. I used a cup of water with a drop or two of dish washing soap to moisten my hands and dip the shield instead of using a spray bottle. Why go to all the trouble to load a spray bottle? And another thing is that you're not adding a bunch of bubbles by dispensing the soapy water through a sprayer. I think that was an excellent recommendation that I haven't read in the directions on any other products. If you don't add a lot of soapy bubbles, you don't have to get rid of them. I didn't have any issues with bubbles by using this method. Gently smooth the shield down with the small card included. Do not press down the edges at this point. Then wait. Wait about 15 minutes BEFORE smoothing down the edges. By doing that, you're allowing the shield to dry and stick to the watch face. The edges also become stickier as they dry. Gently smooth the edges down one at a time. Then I held it firmly in my hand to give all the edges a moment to stick. Then WAIT! Leave it alone. It's best to let it sit overnight before wearing it, but give it at least three hours. Mine has been on over a week and has no bubbles nor any sign of lifting at the edges. It's doing a great job of protecting my watch face and edges. When it shows too much wear, I'll apply a new one. After all they give you six. But I've never had to replace my iPhone and iPad films, so who's to say? As an aside, I've used one glass shield protector on a device. Drop a device once or twice and those shields easily crack. So I knew I didn't want that for my watch, and my watch has curved edges. I've always kept HD protective films on my iPhones and iPads because they do an awesome job of protecting the glass. I've never had a shattered screen when using a protective film, and I drop my poor iPhone at least one a day. So far, so good. I'm pleased and have what I want.

It's tricky!
I gave up trying to find anywhere to install the Zagg glass protection, and after reading the reviews.. probably a good bullet to miss. These screen protectors are super tricky to install. The good news is- follow the directions to the Youtube installation guide. While I have a bad habit of never reading instructions.. the frustration level trying on my own was a fail. The guide was actually brilliant and worked the first time. I'm only using the first of the 6. The cover is durable and visually not ugly. The corners are starting to show a bit of wear, but not out of the ordinary. I have 5 more to replace it once it becomes necessary. This is a fine, sturdy product. It protects the watch face- which is what it is supposed to do. I have zero complaints.. but do watch the installation video. It will save you some angst.

A low cost screen protector with high value results
So at Christmas my spouse and I gifted each other Apple Watches both size 38 and 42. Never having had an Apple Watch before, it was pretty irritating finding a screen protector with decent reviews. Most screen protectors that initially pop up in a search have pretty spread out reviews so I wasn't sure which to buy. Then I came across this Screen protector from RinoGear and I couldn't be happier. First off, the price may be cheap, but the quality and value is not. The kit comes with a total of 6 protectors which have decent thickness and feel durable when installing. I installed one initially without reading the instructions (dip in soap water then squeegee out the water when centered), and even my first lazy install looked decent and lasted quite awhile until I decided to install one as instructed. Some of the main complaints that people had from other more popular protectors seem to be acknowledged and improved with this Screen Protector. The protector itself covers not just the flat rectangular surface of the watch, but the curved edges of the screen as well to a certain extent which I feel makes a difference. The other issue that others have had from other brands is that the protector doesn't stick on for long. With this screen protector, they stick on real well and I've yet to have any corners that peel off. I will say that though it is already not recommended to shower with the watch on when taking a hot shower, steam does seem to make the corners peel off a bit. However washing hands frequently has yet to cause a problem with the corners. The first day that I installed the protector I banged the screen accidentally against metal and was very glad that I installed the screen protector. Definitely worth the $$$

Excellent! It's surprisingly really, really good! Just follow video instructions.
I bought this for my wife's new 38mm Series 3 as a first attempt to protect this watch. I also had just received my 44mm Series 5 so I was looking at all the options. I was favoring a case-style watch protector but couldn't find one that she wanted. I ordered a case for mine and this film for hers. So I bought this film-style product, not expecting it to be the final solution. When it arrived, I had already watched the installation video. Simply put, follow the video and you'll have results so good that you won't realize the film is there after a day or two. It takes a couple days for all the water to vent off and the end result is fantastic. My biggest concern was how well the film would shape to the corners but it's flawless. No bubbles, no lifting edges. Since I didn't have my protector yet for my larger watch (I ordered a case-style protector), I applied this same 38mm film to my watch face and it perfectly matched the rectangular shape but doesn't wrap of the edges. Better than nothing for now. But again, the film "disappeared" in a day or two, no bubbles, no defects, etc... So today the case protector arrived for my watch, I took off the existing film protector, installed the new protector and it didn't work reliably so I put another film on my watch, and I'm returning the other one. Now I'm going to buy this film for my watch size to have edge to edge protection. Don't hesitate to try this product.

Installation is actually easy.
I am not yet prepared to give a 5 star rating as I've just installed it and don't know yet how it will last. However, despite somewhat intimidating instructions (I almost tossed this item to buy a different variety but am glad I gave it a try first - do watch the recommended video, it does help), the shield was quite easy to install. NOTE: you will need to plan on about 15 minutes total as you will need to keep testing the edges until they begin to adhere without lifting the main body of the shield. At that point I applied pressure to the entire watch face with the palm of my hand. (The palm has sufficient 'give' to mold around the edges while concurrently applying appropriate pressure overall to ensure smooth, complete adhesion.) The end result was a clear, virtually invisible application. I don't know how it would work with something as large as a phone, but for a watch, this form of 'wet' installation is very doable. I am pleased thus far. May 2018: Installation is actually easy - but you MUST watch the video and have a bit of patience, people! I had absolutely no problem getting the edges to stay down around the curved edge and they didn't begin to peel up until many months later. No bubbles or distortion, either. (I bought these in October and it's now May and I'm just changing out the one I originally applied. I probably should have replaced it a bit sooner but didn't get around to it until now. I moved and can't locate my remaining screen protectors so I've had to order more - I bought this same brand again.) I've now bumped my review up to 5 stars.

Horrible application but nice look
These screen protectors are a literal nightmare to apply. While I can’t say that I’ve ever enjoyed applying a screen protector to any device, these are definitely an all time low. I literally wasted the first one trying to utilize their “drop of dish soap in a cup of water” credit card method. That being said, after scrapping one as a disaster and a second for micro bubbles (which did not disappear in 24 hrs as the instructions claimed), the third time really was the charm. I applied the third protector of the pack without dish soap and, while still frustrating to place, it adhered flush and straight with the help of a silicone spatula. Micro bubbles did dissipate after 24 hrs and the touch sensitivity seemed unchanged. This is not a tempered glass screen protector so it doesn’t feel exactly like your screen, however, with the curvature of the Apple Watch if you want your whole screen protected it seems a needed sacrifice. Once on, the protector is nearly visually imperceptible (which I love). I haven’t dropped/scraped my watch with this on, so I can’t speak to protective performance in that way, but I can say that my watch hasn’t received any scratches to the face and that having a screen protector does offer some peace of mind. I would say that this screen protector is pretty average. The best feature is how well it visually blends into the watch: I doubt anyone is going to know you have this protector on unless you let them know. One final note: If you are a person who pops a bumper case on and off frequently (I like to wear one in the pool but I’m not as concerned in every day life) you may find that the corners begin to peel up on this screen protector: it did in my experience. This is likely to happen with most screen protectors and, to their credit, this pack comes with quite a few. I assume that if you have a bumper case but don’t take it on and off frequently that this would probably not be an issue at all.

For the price? Not bad. Plenty of room for improvement.
There are two major issues I have with this product, but they aren’t dealbreakers: 1) If I hadn’t installed a screen protector on an Apple Watch before, I probably would have needed two tries because this one isn’t as simple as other brands. Other brands include a spray solution to help with install and clear instructions on how to use it, but for this one you need to make your own solution and there are conflicting directions on how to do so (e.g. they say use a quarter teaspoon of dish soap per cup, but also one drop of dish soap per cup — which is it?) and the install sequence is fairly vague. 2) The screen cover doesn’t go on as flat as other brands that hover around $10 for 6, which is noticeable in reflections. Luckily, you can’t tell when using the watch. 3) You have to spend roughly 10-15 minutes pushing the corners down to get them to stick, and you have to make sure that’s the last step in the process or any bubbles you missed will be stuck there, and even one small bubble makes the entire cover useless because it affects the touchscreens usability. 4) THE BUBBLES. I’ve never had to deal with bubbles on a screen cover before, and they were a pain trying to get out using the little piece of plastic they give you to use. I had to use a library card instead so I had something more substantial to grip. 5) One of the covers had a deep scuff on the adhesive side, so I really only received 5. That’s a bit frustrating to me. All that said: For $5, it’s not bad (if you receive all 6 in working condition). My current cover is holding on strong, which is what matters most.

Great Product! But not made to work well with all cases.
Great screen protector that moulds to the contours of the watch face. But if you’re planing on having a stretchy rubber case, the case will shift around and peel up the edge of the protector. I cut my screen protector a bit smaller to avoid that with my case, and it works fine. No worries about messing up either, as you get 6 of them in a pack.

Great product
Didn't need any wet application, still went on fine and easy (only took a few minutes at most). The screen protector stays on and any bubbles go away after a few days. I've had one on for about 2 weeks now and no issues!
