At least I know the concept works, so I will be trying other brands. ### ⭐⭐⭐ an option to add for easier breathing *by M***E on October 20, 2021* I have been using the nasal strips for a while and while they perform well, they leave a residue glue thats hard to get off and your nose needs to be really clean for them to stick. Saw this and thought it would be a better option. Wasnt sure it would work as well as after all, it is something inside your nose but it does work pretty well. I found it somewhat uncomfortable and can only wear it a couple of nights in a row before giving my nose a break. Maybe in time, i will get more acclimated to the fitting. It is supposedly good for 90 days - dont know why, seems like you could keep using for way past then, it is a semi rigid plastic.
