Today, a month and a half after I started using them, one battery pack just stopped functioning. There was no gradual decline. It was fine and worked for a good amount of time in the tool I had it on. When it finally died it wouldn't recharge. I would say runtime is more like 3-4 ah, and one of the battery cases cracked after a few uses, but still running strong after about 30 charges. They do overheat easy if you are running the tools hard.
