Can I use this 5 days a week without my hair becoming even dryer?** A: my daughter swim everyday. She wets her hair before putting on cap so that hair us full of water and not able to absorb the chlorine water first. She uses this shampoo daily and we do deep conditioner at home once a week . This aside from daily conditioner. If you swim daily then I would wash the chlorine everyday not doing so will cause you hair to dry out.
