I love the way these light up, they give of a very similar to incandescent look. They do have a minor hesitation coming on, but when the do they are full brightness. They seem to me to be brighter than the CFLs they replaced. I've only been running the four about a week so far, but i really like them. The packaging they came in is just six bulbs saran wrapped together, but they all worked.
