Capacity is OK. But because of three compartments, each compartment is a bit tall. Hence if the item inside becomes less then difficult to take out. Hence I returned the product. Individual containers are better. It doesn't come with large spoons so you've to use the typical small spoons. These make the items at the bottom of the container difficult to access.
