The standard range of a trumpet is low F# to high C above the staff. All the note in this range should be playable with any trumpet mouthpiece and Bb Trumpet in good operating condition. This is also dependent on the trumpet player. If you are asking will I be able to play double C because of this mouthpiece that is dependent on the player not the mouthpiece. A mouthpiece is just part of the tools that is needed to play, just like the slides, valves, leadpipe etc. There is no magic trumpet mouthpiece that will make it so you can play a double C. Some make it easier to play high depending on the player None will take a player that can play middle C and the next day be playing double C. I recommend the help of a qualified teacher to help you pick out a mouthpiece to meet your needs.
