Review: This is perfect for a sailer - I purchased one of these hoses 5 years ago to replace a standard hose. I use it exclusively on my sailboat. Compact storage is of primary importance. I use this hose to fill the fresh water tanks and also for washing. The original remained odor free and contributed no off flavor to the drinking water througout it's life. The reason I had to replace it is because first a bulge and eventually a leak developed where the hose connects to the female connector. This was caused more by my abuse than anything else. Great hose! Great price!

I purchased one of these hoses 5 years ago to replace a standard hose. I use it exclusively on my sailboat. Compact storage is of primary importance. I use this hose to fill the fresh water tanks and also for washing. The original remained odor free and contributed no off flavor to the drinking water througout it's life. The reason I had to replace it is because first a bulge and eventually a leak developed where the hose connects to the female connector. This was caused more by my abuse than anything else. Great hose! Great price!

I really really like this thing. No more fighting with big hoses or having water drip in my RV. Unfortunately it only lasted about 1 RV season (daily use for about 5 months) before it started leaking in 1,000 different spots, seriously its comical how much it leaks now.
