Let Workout at Home
I recently tried this crawling exercise machine and it’s definitely one of those unique workout tools that feels a little weird at first, but actually gives a bit of a workout once you get used to it. The whole idea is to mimic a crawling motion while adding a twisting/stretching movement, which really targets your core, waist, and lower back all at once. It’s surprisingly engaging, especially for your abs and obliques, since you’re constantly stabilizing your body while moving. One thing I really liked is that it’s low-impact, so it doesn’t put a ton of stress on my joints. The crawling position, combined with the twisting motion, helps activate deeper core muscles that you don’t always hit with regular workouts. It also doubles as a stretch trainer, so you get a bit of spine decompression and flexibility work while exercising, which is great if you sit a lot or deal with lower back tightness. It is easy to assemble and is lightweight, so you can move it easily around the house. The adjustable and detachable design is another plus; you can tweak the setup to fit your height or comfort level, and it doesn’t take up as much space as bulky gym equipment. It’s also beginner-friendly in the sense that you don’t need complicated routines to get started, just a few minutes, and you’ll feel it working. That said, it’s not perfect. The motion can feel a bit awkward at first, especially if you’re not used to crawling-style exercises. It also might not give you the same intensity as traditional strength training or cardio machines, so it’s better as a supplement rather than your main workout. The quality feels too lightweight and less sturdy than expected. I am not sure how durable it will be. It makes a lot of noise when using it, and it feels like it may fall apart when moving back and forth. There are some weight restrictions, so use caution; this is not a heavy-duty machine. Overall, this type of crawling exercise machine is a good option if you want something different for core training and stretching. It’s good for low-impact workouts, improving flexibility, and adding variety to your routine, just don’t expect it to completely replace your regular gym workouts. The quality feels unsteady, so I am not sure how durable it will be. *It would be great to see this in action, but my video will not upload*
