Would suggest it. I’ve only used 5000mah 3s

Can I hook a aux light controller on it so I can turn on or off the power supply?

Yes, the power flip oh for the lights will need to be plugged in to the aux switch

Can i hook up a winch to the system

We do not recommend it. A winch draws much more current than the LEDs this was designed to power.
