I had to go to the local pool store and purchase a male female adaptor. This cleaner works better than the Zodiac that I had for years at a fraction of the cost. I also had to replace my Haward salt system about a year ago. They wanted 1200 dollars, I bought one from Amazon that was 400 dollars and it works better than Haward.
