Mi problema residió en pensar que los comentarios que habían aquí (y en youtube) acerca de éste producto, eran casos únicos y que "sería difícil que eso me pasara". Pues bien, el producto está en devolución.Resulta que nada más comprarlo y probarlo me tuve que poner en contacto por las dos vías(whatsap e email) porque no se escuchaba absolutamente nada. Cabe decir, que hay una serie de instrucciones y, por lo tanto, antes de molestar, corroboré que el fallo no fuese mío.Para recibir una contestación suya, tuve que esperar 2 días laborables y, cuando por fin la recibí me decían que me volviera a poner en contacto con ellos por whatsap (yo ya me había comunicado con ellos por esa vía ...). No contesté y tras un día más, por whatsap me pasaron las nstrucciones con las que viene el producto. Nada más.Resulta que seguí haciendo pruebas con el producto, y con uno de los pinganillos pude conseguir que en dos veces consecutivas se escuchara mejor. (no sé si sería porque seguia conectado a la corriente para cargarse o el qué)Por ello y porque no recibía una solución por parte de los vendedores, lo utilicé en el examen siendo un completo desastre.Antes de entrar en el aula, lo probé e iba de 10.
