This is a great adjunct to dumbells or wide bar presses for clients with back issues. The only flaw in the design is the washer that holds the strap in place slips out when you add more weight. I resolved it by going to my local hardware store and got the next size up and now it works fantastically. I advise the maker of the FTPB to go up a size with washer they use.
