I ordered the Euerte Fingerprint Door Lock (5-in-1 Smart Door Knob) for my interior garage door, mainly for the convenience of fingerprint access and auto-lock. My dogs are escape artists and will open the door and bolt once my garage door opens. This lock allows me to fingerprint the lock and easily open the door when carrying in groceries; no fumbling of keys! While it has some nice features, my experience has been a bit mixed. What I liked: The multiple entry options (fingerprint, passcode, key, etc.) are convenient in theory. The design looks modern and sleek once installed. The auto-lock feature is helpful so you don’t have to remember to lock the door manually. What didn’t work so well: The fingerprint reader is inconsistent. Sometimes it unlocks instantly, but other times it takes multiple tries, which defeats the purpose of “quick access.” Setup was more complicated than expected. The instructions weren’t very clear, and programming fingerprints/passcodes took some trial and error. The keypad feels a little less durable than I expected. It works, but it doesn’t feel as solid as higher-end smart locks. Battery life seems average at best, and I wish the low-battery alert gave more advance notice. Overall, it’s not a terrible product, it does function and provides basic keyless entry, but it doesn’t feel as polished or reliable as I hoped. For my use for an interior door it works fine. I’d be cautious using this lock on an exterior door. Overall, for the price, this lock isn’t a bad value.

Open door fast

Worked great until today. Only had installed for one month and the locking pin broke in half when trying to open the door after walking the dog. Ended up having to break into my house to be able to remove the knob and open my door.

Fingerprint dont work well when your hands r not completely dry. Punch in code dont take first time have to do it a few times

These are great, not expensive, easy to install and great to keep kids & ederly parents safe.

Installation was easy. Unfortunately, getting the TuTu App to find and add this to the app was impossible. App would see the device but would not connect and add to the app. Kept getting message that it was not in setting mode. Tried everything that I could but to no avail. Have to return since I could not use it.
