They do what they say, they resist!
There are 4 band types ranging from small resistance to large resistance. You can use these for assistance doing pull ups; for example by looping the band on to a pull up bar/frame and putting 1 or 2 feet through the bottom hanging part of the band loop. You can also add resistance if you're intermediate or advanced put using them strategically to ADD resistance if you're not a fan of weights (you can even combo them if you want!). The fact that there are 4 bands means you can progress smoothly from unfit to fit or super fit! Be aware that they are essentially giant elastic bands and so behave like them so make sure you use them accordingly so as to not snap yourself in the face =) All in all you can't really fault these. They seem really good quality from what I see and shouldn't break (unless you're being particularly stupid with them). If you're unsure how to use these there is content out there on youtube/forums etc on how to use resistance bands for any exercise you want to do. Since buying these I'll never look back and it's a fair price too! What are you waiting for, go buy them!

Nice set of exercise bands
I have had them for only a short amount of time so can only comment on a few weeks of use. The bands seem strong and well made and appear tougher rubber than my previous bands. The tension also feels a bit more strict than my last ones. The bands also appear to be multilayer which I hope will make them last longer than my last bands which lasted a year, were softer rubber, very stretchy and deterioted and became brittle. The bands come with a nice carry bag and have interesting colours verses some of the other band sets I was looking at.

bicep curls and hit the chest to if you like but it dose feel a little uncomfortable in the ...
Yep brillaint. Ive only ever had those cheep resistance bands with a handle on eather side. This is thick AF and offers tons of resistance. We bought the blue 110lb-120lb band. I weigh about 184lbs just under 13stonne and its gives me quite a bit of support while doing a pull up while still engaging all my back muscles. So i should imagine it would offer my girlfriend the extra support she needs to start preforming pull ups. You can use this for other resistance exercises e.g upright rows, bent over rows, bicep curls and hit the chest to if you like but it dose feel a little uncomfortable in the hands but to be fair thats not the purpose of this band So very versatile, worth the money and brillain quality 💪👍

Very good product and good service
I've not used these too extensively but immediate reaction when I removed them from packaging was they are a lot more thick and durable looking than what I've seen from other products on Amazon. Their customer service was quick to follow up and ask for first impressions. Nice drawstring bag with them to keep them stored. And a good selection of band resistances. I'm happy with this so far....no real issues with durability yet as it's been a short period of use.

Get one!! 5*
During this lockdown this is a convenient way to keep your gym work up at home. I got the 110-120lb blue band. Its great! you may at first not think so but as you figure out how to use it around your home you soon figure out how to hit your usual muscle groups. If you are a heavier weight user this is good. If you have a banister you can hook it around you will be able to work shoulders (rear), Back (rows), turn and push away for some single arm chest press. Stand on it for some uprights, hold half of it for higher resistance and shrug!! I would say any biceps or shoulder sides, you also get one band with less resistance that suits you. This is good for me, my usual gym weights are, bench, squat, deads 100kg. I hope this helps you figure out what's best for you.

Great product
Bought these for two reasons. My wife wants to be able to do pull ups, and I am recovering from bilateral Radial head fractures and wanted a safe form of resistance training, also to help with stretching as the bicep tendons on both arms have shortened. These bands meet all of these needs really well. They are very durable and are made of good quality materials. The finish on them means they grip well so we’ve not hand one ping upwards yet whilst dismounting from pull ups. I like the case they come in which has meant they have some protection whilst in my rucksack commuting in my bike to work (use them to carry out my rehab at lunch) The range of resistance provides meets all our needs and has aided my wife in quick progression towards her pull up goals. Delivered promptly, packaged well and exactly as described, overall very satisfied

Top class
The bands are top class - an excellent training tool. The variety of tensions means it’s easy to mix up workouts and focus on all muscle groups. They are easy to stow and come with a useful carry bag. Great value for money and no nonsense. I’d buy them again in a heartbeat. Physix Gear got in touch to make sure I was happy with them too, which was a nice touch. Five stars!

Excellent resistance bands
Bought this as a gift for my wife, who recently gave birth to our first child. This was something she could use at home to do pelvic floor exercises, strengthen her glutes and shoulders, and concentrate on general fitness exercises to try build her strength back up. The bands are excellent quality and are of a good build, the variety in resistance is brilliant. Definitely recommend this product, I will be using the purple one in the gym in due course to try and gain more strength and assist my muscle up technique.

Nice bands, sturdy and varied resistance. There are a lot of different exercises you can do with these and they pack up nicely for travel. The only thing I would comment on is the highest resistance band is 120-175lb resistance variation which is quite a large range compared to all the others (10-20lb range variation). It would be nice if that were tightened up a little bit. Perhaps an expanded range could also be created to cover some gaps in potential resistance (gap from 25lb to 65lb, gap from 85lb to 110lb). Would also suggest developing a better way to "shorten" when required, for some exercises it is eay and straightforward for others it is a bit difficult to get the length you want. But I think that's a downside for any band!

These came packaged very well, and I was pleased by the presentation. When you take out the bands, you know you've bought a quality product. I love that the back of the bands being black, as well. I've never seen pink getting used for band color - coding. But it's not about the color, it's about the weight ranges, and that is displayed on each of the bands for you to see. I specifically wanted the pink and green bands for its lighter loads doing shoulders. I'll explain how I do that. These may be pull up assistance bands, forever I also use these with a thin PVC pipe to do upper body day, leg kick backs, tricep dip assists, and yes, pull up assists. They're great with makeshift deadlifts, squats, arm curls, rows, you name it. They replace the pulleys in the gym also. These are ultra versatile and should be included in any home gym. You can use the pink one for more than you know, even though it's the smallest weight range, and if one of the names is not enough resistance for you, you can add the pink to make it even more difficult. That's why I highly recommend buying a whole set... And after looking at various ones this one is the best value here on Amazon. A few people are disappointed in these because they wanted to use this for a specific thing in the gym other than their intended purpose, and when it didn't work out they gave the product 2 or 3 stars. You can't replace weightlifts with multiple bands. It will never be the same. You just have to swallow your pride and spend the money on Olympic weights. Also, I never find myself wobbly when using these to assist in pulls or dips. However, I have used bands at the gym before. It could just be that you have to practice more. Other than that, these are amazing. I really loved expanding my gym equipment so that some of the things at a regular gym are more accessible to me.
