Sometimes examples are not suitable for undergrads, but a good book for Engineers especially electrical and electronics. Almost whole book can be covered in a semester course.

4.5 stars for the contents of the book. It's one of the good book on probability and random processes especially for people working in the domain of signal processing and it's applications.
