It's easy to use, mix and apply. Has a durable glossy finish.
I used this 1.06‑gallon two part epoxy on my garage floor to paint an area that is about 250 sq ft. It did a nice job and the floor looks great afterwards. I like the silver gray color and the high gloss finish. It looks sharp. The mixing time was workable. The 4 to 1 ratio was easy to measure using a small measuring cup. The coverage was about what the label said. I applied this in thin even coats. After curing it feels hard and definitely resistant to any oil, dirt or soil penetrating it. I prepped the surface prior to applying and used a concrete cleaner prior to painting. The epoxy bonded to the floor quite well. In one particular spot I did have some peeling about a week after, but that was because it was deeply soiled with oil and needed to have it prepped better before applying. I mixed the epoxy and resin thoroughly for the recommended time and used a good quality roller with a 3/8" nap. I worked in small sections. It was warm the day I painted so it dried quite quickly. This kit is for a small size area. If you plan on using two coats or for a larger area you’ll need to order several of these epoxy floor kits to be able to do the job. Other than that it's great to use, just make sure you prep the floor well and apply in even coats when you are doing it. I would do this on a windy day with the garage door open if there is any chance of leaves or debris blowing in on the freshly painted floor before it cures well.

Pretty
This turned out really beautiful! I did two coats. Each gallon covered 300 sq ft easily with a little to spare even. One direction for the first coat. Perpendicular direction for the second coat. Very shiny and really improved the room. Included before and after photos. There are tiny holes in my concrete I was hoping it would fill completely but it didn’t. But they aren’t super noticeable unless you bend down and examine the floor. Update day 6: moved my washer and dryer in using dolly. Gently scooted into place and floor scuffed. Not sure if I should wait longer for cure… or look into top coat.

Best Flooring for our situation that I’ve seen
For the longest I have been searching for something to redo the floors with in my house that was not carpet since we have pads and that would block a mold or at least keep the dampness out since our house is an older home built in the 1950s and does have a crawlspace and moisture seems to seep through. We’ve been looking to correct a lot of of these problems and this seemed like the perfect fit now I am a female and I’m not used to picking out these sorts of things so I sort of picked it out and then surprise my husband with it, but he states that this is absolutely the perfect thing to have chosen, and the gray color is so very nice because we had already wanted to paint the wall walls some form or shade of gray so it’ll work out perfectly once we put the flooring down since we’ve only achieve so far to achieve ripping up the carpet and only one of the two rooms we want to use it and I will go ahead and update my review with pictures but I can already tell the stuff is pretty amazing. I’ve never personally seen anything like it. That’s why I wanted to surprise him with it and if you’re dealing with moisture problems, this is definitely the type of thing that you want to investigate to put down on your floors or if you have a shop in your house or outside of your house this would be perfect for that as well. Whatever the case in our situation this is absolutely perfect and I couldn’t have picked anything better and I hope to be able to purchase more containers of this stuff and do other rooms as well as just the two bedrooms with this sort of thing because now that I know it exist it is the best thing to have for the situation we’re In and he states that it’s gonna be super easy to put down these floors even though the rooms both have really really old wood floors in them that have cracks and bins and what knots in the wood I don’t know the right words, but I can tell you pretty rickety looking so if this can take care of that easily then it’s a winner again I will update this review once they’re down in a couple weeks with pictures that I can already tell. It’s a safe line by because it’s exactly what I did was blind by it, and my husband was pretty impressed.

Great First-Time Epoxy Floor Paint – Easy Mix & Apply, Thick & Durable
It arrived without the bags breaking apart like some have said — therefore I am safe to say that I had time to adequately prep my laundry room floor before applying this epoxy. This is my first time applying paint to a floor — it was easy to mix, use, and apply it with a roller brush. It goes on like a fruit roll up. Very tacky stuff, but it seems to cover really well with just one coat. I did not have to go back over it due to missed spots, but every line or portion I would put it back in the tray to get more paint. It's pretty thick stuff but that just proves how durable it will hold up over time. I am looking forward to low dust and easy cleaning in the laundry room. Looking forward to the change. Pros I like: • Bags arrived intact — gave plenty of prep time • Easy to mix, roll, and apply (first-timer friendly) • Thick coverage — one coat did the job with no missed spots • Tacky but smooth application (like fruit roll up) • Feels durable — should hold up well long-term • Excited for low dust & easy-clean laundry room floor

Color variation among buckets.
Coats well, appears to be very durable; however, there is a variation of color between batches and is reflected as such on my garage floor. The application was done at the same time for all buckets and in the same environment, temperature.I’m not pleased. It should be one single color throughout. Unless you mix all the buckets together, I don’t know how you’re going to achieve the same color. Matvio refunded my purchase based on results. I purchased the product again and let it dry for 5 days, average temperature of 65F and 50% humidity. The second picture shows tire marks that are almost impossible to remove with all recommended cleaners. Do not buy this product due to its variability. I wasted a great deal of time and money and had poor results after two attempts.

Excellent paint poor packaging.
This is some excellent epoxy floor paint. This is the third brand I have tried, and it is the best IMO. All three brands are great paint and have a lot of plusses and minuses in common. The pluses are that they all spread smoothly, have very low odor, dry relatively quickly, cures hard as a rock and look beautiful. The minuses are: 1: Being two-part epoxy paint, the pot life is limited. You need to use all that was mixed before it hardens. 2: The coverage and quantity was way less than advertised for the first two brands (the Matvio was closest to what was advertised). And by far the worst thing was the packaging. The Matvio paint's packaging is abysmal. The paint and the hardener both come in thin plastic bags tied off with a zip tie contained within a plastic tub. And of course they leak. The zip tie must be removed and the paint and hardener both must be squeezed out of the bags and into the tub making a mess and leaving a lot of material behind. If it wasn't excellent paint, this alone would be enough to give it a poor review. But the quality of the paint almost makes up for it. The coverage of the Matvio paint was much better than the other brands and is close to what is advertised. The hardener is very thick, similar in consistency and stickiness to honey making the paint also very thick. There are no instructions for thinning it, but I did discover that alcohol or acetone will clean it up. Used as is, the paint will not self-level, it needs to be rolled flat. The color and sheen of the cured paint is also my favorite of the three. The first paint I tried was flat and too dark. The second was shiny gloss and too light. The glossiness makes it very slippery when wet. The third paint (Matvio) was just right. The color is that of primer grey and the sheen is like satin. Excellent paint and a good value for the money. If only they could package it better.

Showroom Quality Finish! My Garage Has Never Looked Better.
I’ve been wanting to coat my garage floor for years, and I’m so glad I went with this Two-Part Epoxy Set. I was looking for something that could withstand hot tires and oil spills without peeling, and this stuff is like armor. It transformed my dusty, stained concrete into a professional, high-gloss "showroom" space. The Highlights:Rock-Hard 4H Durability: Once this fully cures, the 4H hardness is no joke. I’ve dropped heavy wrenches and dragged my floor jack across it, and it hasn't left a single scratch or chip. It feels incredibly dense and permanent.Easy 4:1 Mix Ratio: The mixing process was straightforward. The $4:1$ ratio is easy to measure out, and the "pot life" (working time) was generous enough that I didn't feel like I had to rush frantically to get it on the floor before it set.Superior Chemical & Slip Resistance: I’ve already had a minor oil leak and a coolant spill; both wiped up with a paper towel leaving zero staining. Plus, the anti-slip properties are excellent—even when my shoes are a bit wet, the floor feels safe and grippy.Stunning High-Gloss Silver Gray: The color is consistent and rich. The high-gloss finish reflects light beautifully, making my entire garage feel much brighter and cleaner.Low VOC & Low Odor: One of my biggest concerns was the smell, but this was surprisingly mild. I used it in my basement as well, and with a little ventilation, the "new paint" smell dissipated very quickly.
